TAPINDER SINGH MANN 2016.03.29 16:09 IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH.
Cr. Misc. M 43668 of 2015 Date of decision: 28.3.2016 Amit Behal Petitioner vs.
State of Punjab Respondent
Present:
Mr. Deepak Aggarwal, Advocate.
Ms. HK Athwal, DAG, Punjab M.M.S.BEDI,J.
On the instructions of ASI Ravi Kumar it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. It appears that the dispute is regarding recovery of loan under SARFAESI Act and the petitioner has relinquished his rights acquired by him from his mother, in favour of his father, who has further alienated the property to Anju Jain and Rajesh Jain. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
