(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry in General Diary No.21 dated 12.08.2018 under Sections 326, 324, 323, 34 IPC, Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner reported vide aforesaid DDR, in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to look into the grievance of the petitioner reported vide aforesaid DDR and do the needful after hearing the RAVINDER SINGH 2018.10.10 12:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
