M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) This is second application for the grant of prearrest bail earlier having been dismissed on 13.11.2014. Liberty was given to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case the matter is amicably settled.

The petitioners had allegedly received a sum of R.19.5 lacs as earnest money but had not executed the sale deed. The present second petition for pre-arrest bail has been filed expressing an intention that the petitioners are ready to execute the sale deed in favour of the complainant. I have considered the facts and circumstances of the case.
