Jalandhar. Notice of motion to official respondents only, at this stage. At the asking of Court, Mr. RPS Sidhu, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents-Punjab. Copy of the petition be supplied to learned State counsel during the course of day. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the FIR was registered way back on March 10, 2016, but till date nothing has been done. In spite of the fact that number of representations were made. The instant petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.3- Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar (Punjab) to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his representation dated December 05, 2016 (Annexure P-3) and if some substance is found, to take an appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
