(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing order dated 23.07.2018 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul whereby the trial Court was directed pass summoning order in the complaint case against the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 14.02.2022.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
