**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for transfer of investigation in FIR No. 402 dated 6.12.2016 under Section 420, 376, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali to some senior police officer of another district or to some independent investigating agency.

On the last date, State counsel had informed that challan has been presented and charges have been framed.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
