**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in his 4th attempt in case bearing FIR No.409 dated 21.05.2019, registered under Sections 379-B, 506 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Karnal Civil Lines, District Karnal.

Earlier CRM-M No.12792 of 2020 was got dismissed as withdrawn on 03.06.2020. Petitioner again approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M No.40619 of 2020 which was also got dismissed as withdrawn on 11.01.2021. CRM-M-26635-2021  petitioner filed CRM-M No.10986 of 2021 which was dismissed on merits vide order dated 16.03.2021. CRM-M No.42454 of 2020 filed by co-accused Sarwan was also dismissed on merits vide order dated 22.02.2021.

Allegations against the petitioner are of snatching gold as well as silver jewellery, cash amount and mobile phone etc. on the gun point from the residential house of the complainant. The accused tied the mouth of the complainant as well as of her servant with clothes. Recoveries of country made pistol, currency notes, gold and silver ornaments and lady purses have been effected on the basis of disclosure statements. No new ground is made out to grant regular bail to the petitioner. This petition is accordingly dismissed.
