NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Yogesh @ Monu, son of Kewal Krishan, resident of Mohalla Anandpur, Pathankot, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 354-A and 506, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 78, dated 14.9.2014, registered at Police Station, Division No. 1, Pathankot. CRM-M-43842-2014 vide order dated 24.12.2014, the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation. He further submits that after thorough investigation, the allegations levelled by the informant were found false and, as such, cancellation report has been prepared and sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police for grant of sanction. In view of above, the present petition is allowed. The adinterim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 24.12.2014 are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
