,)-  Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.249 dated 18.05.2022, registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, District Faridabad, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 193 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 05.05.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
