(ORAL) Petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No.64 dated 22.05.2016, registered under Sections 302, 148, 149 IPC, Section 120-B IPC, Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 3 of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (added later on) at Police Station Sadar, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been convicted by the trial Court in the aforesaid FIR.

Dismissed as infructuous.
