***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to re-investigate the case from some independent agency or through higher official in FIR No.313, dated 23.08.2014, registered under Sections 323, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short), Police Station Model Town Rewari.

FIR in question has been registered against the husband of the petitioner under Section 323, 506 and 34 IPC.
