This is the petition for grant of bail under Section 483 BNSS (old Section 439 Cr.P.C.), filed by petitioner, an accused in case bearing FIR No.947 dated 05.08.2022 registered against him at Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar, for the commission of offences punishable u/s 302, 201, 34 IPC. 2.
Mr. Pratham Sethi, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of complainant in Court today which is taken on record. 3.
Status Report dated 25.10.2025 by way of affidavit of Mr. Kamaljeet Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, H.Q., Hisar, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State, which is taken on record. 4.
Learned counsel for the State submits that as many as 19 witnesses have been examined.
