PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.03 dated 10.01.2015 registered under Sections 21/22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Vide order dated 16.02.2015 petitioner was directed to appear before the Arresting Officer on 19.02.2015 and in the event of arrest and in the event of arrest was directed to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.

On instructions from ASI Harjinder Singh, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 16.02.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute. Petition disposed of accordingly.
