(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.60 dated 03.10.2010 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 302/201/120-B IPC at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot qua petitioner and order dated 18.01.2011 (Annexure P-5) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridkot, whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed offender.

Heard.

Without commending on the merits of the case, petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on or before 31.01.2019. In case, petitioner moves application for his bail, same shall be decided within next seven days in accordance with law. During this period of seven days, petitioner shall be admitted to interim bail subject to his furnishing bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial RAVINDER SINGH 2018.12.11 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
