Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that subsequent to order dated 05.07.2024, the accounts of the petitioner were defreezed on 22.07.2024. However, there was another complaint which was filed on the National Crime Report Portal and in view of the said complaint the account of the petitioner was frozen. It is further contended that freezing of the account again is not the subject matter of CWP-3464-2024 and is a totally different issue.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is dismissed. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
