Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 269 dated 10.07.2017, registered under Section(s) 7A & 10 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Area Act, 1975 and Section 420 IPC at Police Station Bhupani, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Shiv Charan, Sub Inspector, affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for investigation any further.
