**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed for issuance of directions for proper investigation in case FIR No. 102 dated 16.7.2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 498-A IPC at Police Station Ismailabad. Counsel for respondents No. 5 and 7 to 11 submits that they adopt the reply filed by the State.

State in its reply has pleaded that only respondent No. 5 was challaned and challan has been presented against him on 10.1.2018 and the rest of the persons were found innocent.
