Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and not to interfere in the personal life of petitioner at the instance of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that petitioners have made a representation dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, is directed to look into the representation dated 15.11.2017 (Annexure P2)) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
