This is a petition for issuing directions to respondents No.2 and 3 for protecting life and liberty of the petitioner and her family. The petitioner's son was convicted by the Juvenile Justice Board vide its order dated 29.01.2015.

Counsel for the complainant submits that whatever defence was to be raised was taken and has been rejected by the Juvenile Justice Board and the trial of the petitioner's son has ended in his conviction.

The petitioner may take recourse to the remedy which are available to her under law.

Dismissed, with liberty as aforesaid.
