(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 19.05.2021 (Annexure P-3), as moved by him to respondent No.2. Joint reply filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, by way of the affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police (Headquarter), Ludhiana and separate replies filed by respondents No.4 to 6, by way of their respective affidavits, are already available on the file and the same are taken on the record.
