This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in case FIR No.150 dated 27.09.2013 registered at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur for offence punishable under Sections 452, 323, 324, 342, 506, 427, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

Learned State counsel submits that as per the police report, matter has been compromised between the parties. The police has not submitted the final report before the Court. The petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required by the police. CRM-M-4376-2015 -2In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the police as and when required. In the event of his arrest being required, he shall be released on bail till the presentation of final report, on furnishing bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
