Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. List on 28.08.2024.

If the petitioner remains absent on the next date of hearing, this Court might dismiss the case for non-prosecution. Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case." Even today, the petitioner is unrepresented.
