As per report of the Mediator of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the dispute stands amicably settled between the parties. Ms. Amarjit Kaur @ Seema, wife of the petitioner, has expressed her willingness to join the company of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he would visit the house of the private respondents within a period of 15 days from today to bring her wife, Ms. Amarjit Kaur, back to her matrimonial house. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
