  has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity, 'Cr.P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.7, dated 05.02.2016, registered at Police Station Sadar Rampura, District Bathinda, under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 302, 201, 109 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, added later on. Notice of motion was issued in this case. Learned State counsel put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that though the petitioner has been named in the FIR but no injury has been attributed to him. He was not armed with any weapon. Simply he was accompanying other co-accused.
