(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.171 dated 11.6.2021 registered under Sections 380, 406, 420, 120-B, IPC at Police Station Division 3, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 12.7.2021 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation with the police.

( 2 ) CRM-M-26452-2021 State counsel on instructions from SI Jasbir Singh has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.
The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that the main accused persons are Gurpreet Kaur and Kirpal Singh and the entire sale proceeds of jewellery are lying with them only and he further submits that the complainant is having no objection if bail is granted to the present petitioner Parminder Kaur, who has already joined investigation with the police In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 12.7.2021 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
