(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.15 dated 05.03.2021 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC, Sections 3(1) (W)(i) of SC/ST Act and Section 4 of the POCSO Act at Women Police Station, Sirsa.

This Court vide order dated 27.07.2021, while noting the contention of counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the complainant have agreed to solemnize marriage, had granted interim bail to the petitioner to enable him to solemnize marriage with the complainant/prosecutrix.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has solemnized marriage with the complainant/prosecutrix, which
