(Oral) Counsel for the respondent/State Bank of India, has filed the power of attorney and submits that she has no objection if the CS No. CJ/51/2023 dated 10.01.2023 filed by the State Bank of India against the petitioner Randhir Kaur before the Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Chandigarh is transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Amritsar.

Counsel for the petitioner has filed this transfer petition on the basis of the extinct hardship faced by her. After hearing the counsel for the parties and considering the fact that counsel for the respondent has fairly conceded that the CS No.CJ/51/2023 dated 10.01.2023 be transferred from Chandigarh to Amritsar, the present petition is allowed and the CS No. CJ/51/2023 dated 10.01.2023 is ordered to be transferred from Chandigarh to competent Court of jurisdiction at Amritsar.

The parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Amritsar, on 20.09.2023.
