The petitioner has approached this Court for the second time seeking grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered way back in the year 2015 i.e. in FIR No.186 dated 22.12.2015 registered at Police Station Ajnala, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar under Sections 307/148/149/120-B of Indian Penal Code read with Section 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act.

When the petitioner had approached this Court in the first instance, his petition was disposed off by passing the following order: "Learned State counsel, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Kuljeet Singh, makes a statement that the petitioner, though has joined investigation, but is not cooperating. Statement is accepted.

The aforesaid order clearly reflects on the conduct of the petitioner inasmuch as even after having been granted interim protection he did not cooperate with the police.

Keeping in view the aforesaid conduct of the petitioner, he is disentitled for any indulgence on the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail.
