(Oral) The present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to expeditiously consider the application moved by the petitioner for grant of parole for 10 weeks to meet his family members. As per letter dated 29.04.2026, received from the Divisional Commissioner Karnal, the request of the petitioner has been partly acceded to and the petitioner has been released on parole for six weeks on personal bonds and two sureties in the sum of Rs. 2 lacs each. As such, the present petition has rendered infructuous.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition is disposed of having rendered infructuous.
