This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 91 dated 20.10.2017 under sections 452, 323, 341, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Bakshiwala, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 20, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated November 20, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
