(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking quashing of FIR No.134 dated 08.04.2023 registered under Section 25 of Arms Act and Section 307 and 34 IPC (Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act deleted later on) at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar, on the basis of compromise dated 19.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at an appropriate stage, during the course of trial.
