Present intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellant under Clause X of Letter Patent Rules against judgment dated 02.04.2024 passed in CWP-13463-2020.

At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the identical issue raised in the present intra Court appeal has already been decided by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1843-2019 titled as State GAURAV SOROT 2025.05.06 09:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 


 
of Punjab and Another vs Karamjeet Kaur, and other connected cases, on 09.04.2025. He submits that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in view of aforesaid decision.
