(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.206 dated 28.10.2017 under Sections 295-A, 323, 341, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from H.C. Hardeep Singh, submits that pursuant to order dated November 20, 2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 20, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
