As per the office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back served, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the IOIN stands disposed of and the main case (CWP-6743-2005), which is otherwise admitted vide order dated 29.07.2008, is taken up on Board today itself. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present writ petition.

Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
