The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation and entrust the investigation to respondent No.2 or any other independent investigating agency to conduct a fair and impartial re-investigation in FIR No. 02, dated 03.01.2023, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC (Section 419 IPC added later on), at Police Station Phase-1, District SAS Nagar as well as for quahsing of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 27.02.2023. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
