Learned State counsel submits that petitioner is not cooperating with the investigating agency. He has given no clue about the missing mobile phones and other articles.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the investigating agency and thereafter seek regular bail.
