M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court pursuant to the summoning under Section 193 Cr.P.C.

In view of petitioner having earlier been declared innocent, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the conditions that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial Court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause. He will also not browbeat the witnesses or hamper the trial in any manner.
