ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and allow him to make necessary changes in the application form Annexure P-3 from BC 'B' Category to BC 'A' Category, as per certificate dated 04.06.2018 (Annexure P-2) which has been inadvertently submitted by him, while applying for the post of Clerk advertised vide advertisement dated 20.06.2019 (Annexure P-1). Further prayer has been made to consider his candidature on provisional basis.

Petitioner submitted a representation dated 19.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) which was verbally rejected by the respondentCommission, without assigning reasons. Hence, the petition. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the representation dated 19.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 19.05.2022 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Disposed of accordingly.
