******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with prayer that appellant be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the suit property to the respondents. In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. To facilitate the appellant to find alternate accommodation, she is allowed period of six months from today i.e. upto 30.11.2019 to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the suit property to the respondents, subject to the following terms:- (i) During the period of six months, the appellant will pay mesne profits @ `1500/- per month on or before 10th day of each month. (iii) She will file affidavit before the Executing Court within two SACHIN MEHTA 2019.05.31 15:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

RSA-2527-2019 -2weeks giving undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the suit property to the respondents on or before 30.11.2019. In case of default in compliance of any of the above terms, the respondents will be entitled to execute the decree forthwith. The order has been passed in the absence of respondents to avoid unnecessary delay and expenses. A copy of this order be conveyed to the respondents. In the event of respondents having any objection, they may file application to that effect, which on filing be listed for hearing.
