(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 93 dated 06.04.2013 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Division No. 7, (Vardhman), District Ludhiana. Given the order passed in CRM-M-43255-2015, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition and he be permitted to raise all pleas before the trial Court.

The present petition stands disposed of being not pressed with liberty aforesaid.
