**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to investigate the matter fairly pertaining to FIR No. 108 dated 27.2.2017 under Section 323, 376(2) (N) and 506 IPC, Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.

Service has not been effected on respondent No. 4. It appears that the petitioner has impleaded SHO, P.S. Meham but has shown the district to be Hissar whereas Meham falls in district Rohtak.

State counsel informs that cancellation report has been filed and complainant is said to have notice of it. The cancellation report has already been submitted. The complainant has already approached the Court below. No directions are required to be given.

The petition is disposed of.
