Rattu, DAG, Punjab Mr. Rajveer Singh Brar, Advocate, for the complainant --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.96 dated 17.5.2023, under Sections 307, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar (Rural).

This Court vide order dated 6.5.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 6.5.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
