Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of order dated 24.10.2017 (Annexure P5), passed by learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amritsar-2 and for staying the operation thereof. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is in established possession of 40 years, which is not in any way disputed. The order for appointment of Receiver has been passed by the revenue authority even without giving an opportunity of hearing to the present petitioner. However, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all these please before the concerned Court and to challenge the same, if need be, expeditiously.
