(Oral) Petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of notice dated 23th June, 2016 (Annexure P-6) issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') and possession notice dated 08.04.2019 (Annexure P-9), issued by respondent No.3. A further prayer for staying the process of taking the possession by respondent No.1 along with all consequential proceedings under the Act, has been made.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners either to approach the respondent-Bank or take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to them, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
