The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking transfer of case No. CHI-120-2023 titled as "State of Haryana vs. Hasin" in FIR No.129 dated 28.09.2022 registered at Women Police Station Palwal District Palwal, under Sections 323, 354-A, 354-B, 354-D, 34 and 506 IPC, pending before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Palwal to the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he does not want to press his prayer qua transfer of trial from District Palwal to Faridabad, however, prays that life and liberty of the petitioner may be protected from the hands of private respondent as and when she appears before the Trial Court for her examination. 3.
