This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 7 to take action against respondent Nos.8 to 11 for illegally confining the petitioner. 2.

Learned State counsel refers to reply dated 08.01.2018 filed by way of affidavit of SDM, Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, in particular to para 11 thereof, which reads thus:- "11.

That para No.11 of the petition is wrong hence denied, it is wrong that petitioner was released on bail on 3-10-2017, it is wrong that later on the petitioner was arrested on 6-10-2017. Rather as detailed above the petitioner was produced on 3-10-2017 and he was given one day time i.e. till 4-10-2017 to furnish bail bond and surety, but on 4-10-2017 the petitioner came present in the court and did not furnished bail bonds and surety so he was sent to District Jail on 4-10-2017 under warrants, the next date was fixed for 9-10-2017 for his production and it was only 9-10-2017 when the petitioner submitted bail bonds then he was released. It is wrong that the under the influence of respondent No. 11 the alleged illegal act was done by respondent No. 8 to 10. It is wrong that action to be done against respondent No. 8 to 11."
