Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1174 dated 08.11.2014 under Sections 498-A, 406, 506, 323 and 34 IPC, Police Station, City Gurgaon.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the petitioners have already joined the investigation. The petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the complainant. The main allegations in the FIR are against the husband and only general allegations are levelled against the present petitioners.
