Main case 3.

By way of filing the instant petition, violation of the order dated 17.11.2022 (Annexure P-3), passed by this Court in CRWP-10516-2022, has been alleged, whereby, following order was passed:- "xxxxxxx However, keeping in view the allegations again levelled by the petitioners pertaining to threat of life and liberty, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that in case of any threat they would be at liberty to file appropriate representation to the State-authorities, who would deal with the same in accordance with law."

Learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the compliance report dated 11.09.2023, filed on behalf of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, as well as the Speaking Order dated 07.01.2023 (Annexure R-1) and the detailed report dated 18.05.2023 (Annexure R-2/T), submits that the allegations levelled by the petitioners were considered and a speaking order has been passed, as such, the order dated 17.11.2022, passed by this Court (Annexure P-3) has been complied with.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition, as such, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 6.
