Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, material documents showing payment of the amount attributed to the petitioner could not be annexed with the petition and only one bank statement has been annexed. Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one, annexing additional documents including certificate from the banker about the money transaction and name of the account holder where the money was transferred. The petition is disposed of, having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
