RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent no.2 to decide the representation, dated 21.04.2023, Annexure P-5, in a time bound manner with a further direction to respondent no.2 to register a case against respondents no.4 and 5 for giving life threats to the petitioner and for implicating him in a false case. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner has filed representations for redressal of his grievances, however, no action has been taken by the respondent/authorities on the same. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and at the outset submits, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, that the petitioner had earlier also filed representations which have been decided and filed. He, however, fairly submits that representation, dated 21.04.2023, MEENU 2023.05.08 15:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana, Punjab, to look into the representation, dated 21.04.2023, Annexure P-5, and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today.
